MONTH WISE DIET PLAN FOR PREGNANT WOMEN

Foods You Should Eat During the First Month of Pregnancy.


1.Cereals that are rich in folic acid

Eat food rich in folic acid.Doctor will also prescribe you folic acid pills & suppliments but still you need to add folate rich food in your diet.folic acid is useful for brain & spinal development of foetus that's why It is important to include Orange,Potatoes,Asparagus,broccoli,eggs,beans & green leafy vegetables which are rich in folate.

2.Consuming more vitamin B6 :

It is very important during the pregnancy especially during 1st month of pregnancy diet as it will prevent you from Nausea and vomiting.It is also crucial for your baby brain & nervous system development.
You should eat natural food rich in vitamin B6 such as whole grains,salmon,peanut butter,bananas & nuts.

3.Fruits for fiber : 

fruits are known as superfoods with no fats. It is perfect healthy recipe for pregnancy.They are rich in fiber,water content,anti-oxidant Even some are rich in fiber important for healthy digestion especially during pregnancy will face constipation.Atleast 3 servings of fruits taken everyday especially eating in moderation of bananas, orange, Avacado, cherries, apples, pears,watermelon & Apricots.

4.Milk products for calcium

when your pregnant your developing your baby needs the calcium to build strong bones & teeth.Calcium also helps your baby growing healthy heart,nerves & muscles as well as develops heart rythem and blood clotting abilities.
if you can digest milk it is a wonderful source of protein,vitamins,calcium,water,healthy fats,folic acid aslo comes with vitamin-D.

You can eat dairy products such as yogurt & hard cheeses as well as glass full of Milk too.Daily mIlk products intake should be about 1 liter.

5.Eat cooked meat for rich protein.

You need protein during pregnancy because the amino acids that make up protein are building blocks for your baby's body as well as your's.

Meat of all types are safe during 1st month of pregnancy except for pork and also avoid seafood.Pork meat, if they are little under cooked then they can carry bacteria & viruses.whereas seafood they contains methyl mercury which is worst for baby.
All hygienically meats cooked throughly are safe for expecting mothers,yet they are also rich source of important proteins.

6.Eat Rich in Iron food :

The importance of Iron source is for maintaining a steady flow of blood both in mother & also in fetus.Your fetus needs iron for rich blood supply in order to supply oxygen & Nutrients for them.
Allow a lot of Iron rich food in 1st month of pregnancy since your doctor will not be prescribing you iron pills untill the 4th month of your pregnancy.

you can eat iron source by eating food such as beetroot, oatmeal,bean,tuna,beans,dry fruits, chicken & mutton.

you do not actually start gaining weight in the initial stage of pregnancy you not yet need to eat for two during this months.But carbohydrates and sugar are important keeping your level of 200 to 300 calories extra a day that your body needs to make a healthy baby.
your best to eat non complex sugar or natural sugar to allow yourself to restore for extra energy.

Anyhow it is very important to maintain a balanced and healthy diet to keep a healthy mother & fetus.So be sure to follow this diet in your 1st month of pregnancy.
