As now you are in the last month of pregnancy, so no doubt you will feel heavy and quite uncomfortable. On the other side you will also have excitement about your coming baby's joy.This stage will be the most exciting stage of your pregnancy.

This stage your baby's development is all complete.So this is the most important month or stage for you to focus more on your diet so you should continue with the nutritious and the balance diet but should be in large servings.Below is the list of what diet you should follow in the last month of pregnancy.


what to eat in 9th month of pregnancy?

50% Diet must comprise of protein & 40% diet must contain carbohydrates and fats.
In 9th month the just care you should not have extra carbohydrates & extra Fats.
You should have dals,cheese also chicken all these are increasing muscles of your baby.
Also this stage is also important for baby's brain.Maximum brain development happens in this month.
  • Drink plenty of fluids to reduce swelling, which may be at its worse during this month.

  • 1.Protein : Include the following in your diet.

  • Black Beans
  • Lean Meat
  • Egg whites
  • Soy milk
  • Tofu
  • Dairy products

2.Calcium rich food :

  • Consume foods rich in calcium like low fat milk and dairy products to keep your bones strong and to help you produce milk to breastfeed your newborn a few weeks later.Remember to take low fats for controlling the pregnancy weight

    • Yogurt
    • Paneer
    • Cheese
    • Oatmeal
    • Almonds
    • Sesame seeds

3.Carbohydrates :Carbohydrates provide calories and thereby help to maintain energy for, not only the upcoming labor and delivery but also to satisfy the role of motherhood that follows. 
Here is the list of carbohydrate rich food:
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet corn
  • Whole grain Pasta, whole grain cereals and bread
  • Nuts
  • Wheat
  • Oatmeal
  • Legumes
  • Banana

4.Fiber : Continue consuming a lot of fiber -rich food during this final month.Keep in mind that fiber quickly absorbes water in your digestive track so you should drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration.

5.Vitamin -C : Vitamin c rich foods are :
