Pre-Pregnancy or Before Pregnancy.

If you are trying to get pregnant or just thinking about it, a proper health care has to be taken.But that is not just enough,medical care also has to be taken before getting pregnant.some women's take 2-3 months to prepare their body for pregnancy.Also it is good to consult your Doctor before getting pregnant if you want your baby healthy.

Pre-pregnancy is just like a match where the cricketers are taking training before getting prepared for any match.Same way a women should be trained before getting pregnant to get a healthy baby.In India the level of pre-pregnancy care is very low as compared to other countries.But i think that we Indian's must also start giving more importance to pre-pregnancy.Women should be prepared mentally as well as physically to get pregnant.

If a Pregnant women is suffering from dibetes or sugar her sugar level is high  & also she is suffering anemia then precautions has has to be taken.Due to low ion intake,hemoglobin level becomes low in women.

Consulting your Doctor is the first great step which will help you and your future baby keep healthy.
If you consult your doctor before pregnancy,Doctor will do some test like will check our sugar level,hemoglobin & may also ask for Sonography test from which they will come to know about your health problems.Many tests are their which can not be done during Pregnancy and if a women is having any problem which if she will come to know when she is Pregnant then she cannot do treatment in pregnancy as it can be harmful to do such treatment during pregnancy.So it is very important to consult your doctor or family doctor for your health check up before getting pregnant because it is very important to know if your suffering from some disease which may cannot be treated during pregnancy & also which can harm your baby.

Also a Doctor will give you a tablet known as Folic Acid (Folvite) before a month of pregnancy.

During Pregnancy.

  • Pregnancy is really a very happy moment in every women's life so she should keep herself always happy throughout 9 months of her pregnancy this is the first great tip for all pregnant women's.Many women's are their who thinks we will not take medicine because they are pregnant but it is very wrong thing.A Doctor will only give you medicine if an only if any women is having infections of urine or if she might have a fever or might have some critical problem which has to be treated which will never cause a harm to your baby.So stop thinking that taking medicine suggested by Doctor will ever effect your baby or else your pregnancy.Usually Doctors themselves avoid giving tablets in any minor situation.

FOOD PLAN FOR PREGNANT WOMEN.

  • First 3 months women can eat anything home cooked food. Aviod outside food.
  • After 3 months,pregnant women should eat protein rich diet.Eating sprouts,Eggs,Milk,Salads,Butter milk,curd is good.
  • Five servings of fresh fruits and vegetables (including at least one serving of a dark orange vegetable, two servings of dark green leafy vegetables, and one serving of citrus fruit).
  • Six servings of enriched, whole-grain breads and cereals. Three servings of nonfat or low-fat milk or milk products.
  • Two to three servings of extra-lean meats, chicken without the skin, fish, or cooked dried beans and peas.
  • Eight glasses of water. Water is very important for pregnant women.
  • Folic acid should be continued also after pregnancy for atleast 3 months.

एके दिवशी एका व्यक्ती ने स्वामी विवेकानंदांना विचारले "स्वामीजी जेवढे महत्व एका आईला धिले जाते तेवढेच महत्व एका पित्याला का धिले जात नाही. स्वामीजी ह्या वर काहीच बोलले नाही व त्या व्यक्ती पासून ते थोडे दूर गेले आणि एक मोठा दगड त्यांनी उचालला व त्या व्यक्तीच्या हाती देत म्हणाले बंधू  हा दगड तू उद्या पासून पोटाला बांध तुझे नित्यनियमाने सर्वे कामे करत जा. तुला तुझ्या प्रश्नाचे उत्तर सापडेल . 

दुसऱ्या दिवशी सकाळी ओरडतच तोच माणूस स्वामीजींनकडे आला आणि म्हणाला " स्वामीजी माझे कंबर पॉट दोन्ही खूप दुखत आहे एक प्रश्न काय मी तुम्हाला विचारले तुम्ही असे काय विचित्र उत्तर दिले माझे पोट आणि कंबर दुखून मी हैराण झालो आहे.स्वामी मंदस्मित करत म्हणाले "बंधु तुझ्या प्रश्न चे उत्तर तुला मिळाले नाही का ??"

आरे जिने नावू महिने तुला पोटात घेऊन तुला वाढवले तुझे कधीही तिला ओझे झाले नाही. तिने कधीही कंटाळा केला नाही. त्या मातेची महती हि तिन्ही लोकात सर्वश्रेष्टा आहे. 


स्वामी तिन्ही जगाचा आई विना भिकारी हे वाक्य अगदी खरे आहे. आपल्याकडे खूप काही आहे पण मायेनी डोक्यावर हात फिरवणारी आई नसेल तर आपलॆ जीवन व्यर्थ आहे.

तात्परवा काय तर मित्रांनो आई सारखे दैवत ह्या जगात नाही. 




One day a man asked Swami Vivekananda, "Swamiji, why a father is not as important as a mother. Swami ji did not say anything about it and he walked away from the man and picked up a big stone and handed it to the man. He said, "Brother, tie this stone to your stomach from tomorrow. Do your regular survey work. You will get the answer to your question." The answer will be found.



The next morning, the same man came to Swamiji shouting and said, "Swamiji, both my waist and stomach is hurting a lot. One question I asked you, you gave such a strange answer, I am bothered by my stomach and waist pain.
Swami smiled and said "Brother, have you not got the answer to your question ??"


Hey, she took you in her womb for nine months and raised you. You have never been a burden to her. She never got bored. The importance of that mother is the best of the three.



The phrase "Swami of the three worlds, a beggar without a mother" is very true.


Moral of the story is friends, "there is no deity like mother in this world".

Here i'm going to share you the Homemade Baby Food Recipes Which can be given to 6-12 months Baby.

Rava (Semolina) Porridge: Making Rava is now not a every New Recipe Left.As it is very easy & quick recipe to make so we all are familiar with the word & also with the sweet taste of it.Many of them Enjoy Eating this Food as Breakfast with tea in their Day-to-Day-life.Many children's like this taste.semolina is known to be a great choice of solid food items to be introduced to your baby.


Today i'm sharing a recipe for toddler.



Rava (Semolina) Porridge

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES TOTAL TIME: 20 MINUTES

COURSE: BREAKFAST
CUISINE: INDIAN

Ingredients :

  • 1/3 cup fine semolina wheat rava
  • 1 cardamom pod bruised
  • 1 cup water freshly boiled
  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 1 teaspoon ghee or oil
  • pinch of salt
  • sugar to taste about 3-4 teaspoons for a mildly sweet taste.

Instructions : 

  • In a pan add ghee then add the semolina and roast it for a minute on a low heat
  • Rost it until the fragrance comes add the freshly boiled water and milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps from forming. Add the sugar to taste and the pinch of salt. Mix
  • Cover the pan and let the porridge cook on a very low heat for about half minute till it thickens. Take care to see that it does not get scorched.
  • When it reaches the desired level of thickness and the grains look transparent, take the pan off the heat. Remove the cardamom pod and serve immediately.

Hie friend, this is my 1st blog i'm witting and in my 1st blog i'm going to tell you about" PURELY AYURVEDIC BALGUTTI".Friend whenever we talk about baby's care every mother is very much concern about it.Every Mother want's their baby to be always fit and fine also they are concerned about baby's health as well as their brain development too.Many mom's are unaware of Balgutti. So today i'm going to tell how important it is to our baby physically as well as mentally.So Today I'm sharing my personal experience about my own baby care which i have taken Since her birth.


Balgutti is a remedy which will improve your baby's Digestion and Bowel movements also it impoves the immune system.


It help the baby gain weight and nourishment and also helps in overall development of baby.

Also prevents from Cough,Cold,Fever and many more diseases.

Also some herb in balghutti also strengthen the brain and bones.


We all are aware of the Balguti which we get in market or in near by stores which is the Readymade Ghutti.But i'm going to tell to a Homemade Balghutti which will never cause any side effects.It is prepared on daily basis freshly in early morning in between 4 0'clock to 6' clock. As in early morning it shows great improvment in baby.Balghutti is basically a paste made of up herbs and nuts.We have to rub this herbs on a stone (sahan) make paste add mom's milk in it after that take that paste in spoon and can be given to Baby.But before using the stone please keep the stone in clean water overnight so that the stone will become smooth.Balghutti can be given to a baby who turns 1 month.Many of mom's give this till 6 months but i would suggest you to continue till 1 or 2 year for better improvement in your baby.



Balgutti is made up of 24Herbs & Nuts.


1.Murudsheng : It is given to baby When suffering from Stomach pain and Loose motion.


2.Ativish :It is given to the baby for improving their digestion, aslo used when he/she is suffering from vomitting.Also given to baby to increase their hunger.


3.SagarGota : It is used in Fever,Stomach pain & useful to prevent from malaria.






4.Jaifal : Jaifal is useful in Cold,Loose motion & for better sleep.






5.Maifal :Reduces Cough,Also reduces Loose motion.



6.Palsapapdi :It is useful on intestinal disease.




7.vavding : It is used against intestinal worm infestation.





8.Halkund : It is used against both but cough & cold.For for pure blood circulation.





9.Balhirdi : It prevents from Constipation.



10.Behada : Irritation of throat ,Red throat & also 
if our voice is not coming out.



11.Sunth : It increases our hunger in baby,stomach pain relief,Cough,cold relief.


12.Kakadshingi : It is widely used as a teeth pain relief while baby's teeth are coming out.



13.Pimpli : Useful in Cough, Hiccups.



14.Jestmadh(JethiMadh) : Also called as Liquorice root fast relief when on sore throat.It is also used to relive the symptoms of cough,bronchitis and to also reduce the effects of Chronic asthma.




15.Nagarmotha :Nut grass is widely used by Ayurveda to treat many tyoes of disturbances caused by vitiation of pitta.Also use in Fever,Proper Urine Flow.





  
16.Dalimsaal:Helps build immunity,Fights bacterial infections,srabilises fever,Eliminates intestinal worms.


17.Ambihalad Stops acne and pimples, Reduced pigmentation and scars.Help in Blood purification.







18.Vekhand :Wise brain,reduces cough & Cold. 





19.Jathamansi: It is useful in hair growth.




20.Badam :It is useful in making Energetic & 
Talented.




21.kharikh: It gives strength & energy.





22.Ashwaghandha : Improve health of baby,It also gives strength & energy.




23.Shatavari : Makes Healthy and also helps in increases milk quantity in mom.

24.Kust Kulinjan :Reduced cough & cold.


Note :

  • Only small amount of dosage should be given to baby i.e. 1/2 spoon.
  • Daily fresh Balghutti has to be prepared.Do not prepare and keep it please.
  • Before preparing ghutti wash your hands and wash stone properly.
  • After preparing ghutti keep your herbs and nut open to get dry then only cover it.
